• Flight leg data — departure and arrival airports, aircraft tail number (N#), flight times, Hobbs meter readings, fuel quantities, and related operational data entered by pilots.
• Pilot contact information — names and contact details used to identify crew members on flight records.
• Account credentials — email address and password used to authenticate users within the App.

2. How We Use Your Information

All collected data is used solely to provide the core functionality of the App:

• Recording, storing, and displaying flight logbook entries
• Enabling authorized pilots to view current fuel-on-board status from previous flights
• Performing automatic flight time and fuel calculations
• Identifying crew members on flight records

We do not use your data for advertising, analytics, or any purpose beyond operating the App.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties. Flight data is accessible only to authenticated users within your organization's account.

4. Data Storage and Security

Data is stored on secured servers. We use industry-standard measures to protect your information from unauthorized access. The App stores flight records locally on your device for offline access and syncs to our servers when a connection is available.

5. Data Retention

Flight records and pilot information are retained for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for use by licensed aviation professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 18.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page.
